I'm not sure why, but I seem to get along better with people with certain names.
Like, I almost always get along with Daves, and do quite well with people named Mike.
I seem to always do well with women named Michelle

Many times when bumping heads with someone anywhere, I'll ask their name.
90% of the time it's Bob.

Oh darn Joe, now I’m going to have to think about changing my screen name to BugoutDave but it doesn’t have the same ring to it

There was a Ronnie who hated me so much he would not speak to me for 24 month, before getting fired from work.
It was because I would not let the new guy boss me around.
But another coworker named Ronnie & I get alone fine even had lunch away from the plant a few times. But we never tried to tell the other how to do their job, a kind of respect thing I guess.
So I am not sure if it is a name or just people.

One of the nicest guys I know is named Ronnie.
    Former Army Special Forces.
He had a lot of problems after Vietnam but he worked through that.

The Kabalarians study the meanings of names and how they affected the person. You can look your name up here and see how accurate they assess you. Of course they say first, middle and last names together can change things, but you have to pay for that level of analysis.

Wow, Sentry. That was interesting. They say my name and birthday is a teacher and self reliant. That's kinda cool. But I'm totally unbalanced with my maiden and married names and the next step to get balanced is to spend some money.

I recently just the other day started a headbanger on another chat board with someone.
    Yup.

The only Ronnie I know is in his mid twenties. I've known him for about 12 years.
He's currently in the big house for credit card scamming.

Names don't make much of a difference to me, I usually have made up my mind about someone before I even know their name. Knowing their name isn't gonna change my mind. My wife used to think I was a dirty word until all of the people I didn't like initially ended up proving me right, one way or another. I'm just blessed that way I guess.

I don't have any specific name rules, but I have dated two different "Stephanie's" in my life and both of them turned out to be emotionally unstable and intellectually deprived. Both were are also good at hiding the fact until they felt compelled to release the crazy.

I don't believe there's any significance to first names. Not unless you have a really bad first name and last name combination. I knew someone named Candace Barr. She was called "Candy Bar" in school. She claimed she had a brother named Clark. I'm not joking.

Never met anyone named Ruby or Juanita that I could stand. Strange when I think about it because I don't as a rule prejudge people.

So I go by three names plus a nickname. The 3 given names are fairly accurate but the nick name is pretty much dead on, scary accurate.
