I was just wondering if the members wanted to have decals made up with PreparedSociety.com to put onto their vehicles, trailers, bicycles, houses - whatever?

I was thinking that I have some space on my camping trailer's back-bumper with room for a decal showing some of my favorite websites. It is just as easy to make one for myself as to make dozens.

If there isn't any interest - I understand.

I am thinking of something really simple - vinyl-cut decals that just say "PreparedSociety.com" - maybe fancy-up the letters a little bit. Something small enough to fit on a bumper of your BOV or camper. Simple colors like white, black, silver and yellow (all one color) so that you can choose to stick it to a painted body-panel, tinted or clear glass or a flat-black bumper.

I am thinking that putting it on would be two-fold.

One to let people know that there is a site out there that might just help them in their planning to stay alive.

The other would be if we are fleeing and see someone with the same decal, we know that they are a brother (or sister) and could offer help or join with them in the travels (safety in numbers).

I would suggest that combining the PreparedSociety decal with "industry standard" decals showing "fire extinguisher inside", "first aid inside" could be a good thing. I could also design some PS-only decals that would mean something to other PS members.

Maybe a decal of a cross-bow, a rifle, a handgun, or bullets or (suggestion here) could be added to the PreparedSociety name decal that would show what level of preparedness that you are at (at all times). Still thinking about this one ... discussion will follow ..

Sounds like a great idea, count me in. I think that we should have this approved by our Moderator, Dean. I believe this is his site. Design wise, I think something subtle would be best. Something we members would recognize, but not something that would get the authorities interested. Guns may raise an eyebrow, especially in a SHTF situation.
