It says the video can't be streamed to locations out of Canada. Do you have another source for it?

    That would be horrific.

Per your title " US response to a terrorist nuc attack on DC", I believe the response will be a nuclear retaliation...

But there's the problem with terrorism. Who do you nuke? Seriously, it would take years to get the USGOV back on its feet to mount an investigation to find out where they got the nuke from. By then, the people who provided the nukes won't be hanging around where you could find them. So, if you nuke anybody, you'll kill more innocents than they did, thus breeding more hate towards the US.

The only possible retaliation would be truly unrewarding precision stealth air strikes of the people responsible wherever they are in the world...

"In other news, three camps in the Sudan mysteriouly blew up, killing 16 suspected terrorists and 27 innocents..."

"Collateral Damage" is a fact of war. Tough noogies for them......

On the other hand, the chance to truly 'begin again' with a clean political slate isn't without it's silver lining...... ;)

So where would you propose that we nuke? Pyongyang? Tehran? Riyadh? Kabul? Mogadishu? Yemen? Beijing? Moscow? There would be serious consequences for that... and we have assets in many of those places...

Depends highly upon who the "new boss" is compared to the "old boss."
