The RACK stands for Ranger Assault Carry Kit. It is a very practical item to have. It comes with a Molle Vest, Molle mag pouches, a molle canteen pouch, multi purpose pouches, and a leg pouch that not only stores the kit but acts as a "Dump" pouch for your spent magazines.
