Ah yes....the Mother Earth News alcohol still plans. I was attending their seminar in 1980 at a hotel across from LAX the day the MGM Hotel in Las Vegas burned and killed so many people.

Funny how you remember different things.........

I loved The Gizmologist's Lair.. so THAT'S what my affliction is called!

Here's one similar to the Hacks & Mods DIY site.

Instructables - Make, How To, and DIY

Use the filters to the left side of the page to select a category, like craft, food, green, home, life, outdoors, etc. Lots of little DIY projects, and conversions.

Please don't tell my wife about the How To Make A Straight Jacket. My daughter just got a sewing machine, I don't need them ganging up on me.
