Our first true White Christmas ... in years.:D

Been snowing most of the day and will keep it up over night, for a total of 3 -5 inches. (very pretty :2thumb:)

I did hear the B word (blizzard) for the states north of us!

    Stay safe!

A good 5 inches of snow - easy.

Just enough to make a great Christmas for the grandbaby and not enough to mess up anything. This morning it's flat pouring here and we have a fresh 3" from last night. Dug in like a tick, let er snow.

mdprepper I sold my soul to The_Blob. He had candy...

Expecting 2-4 inches tonight. I am off to the store to get some wheat berries (going to grind for the first time) and coconut oil and tea tree oil (to make deodorant-maybe). Then I may dig out an old picture frame to finally try to weave!!!! Bring on the SNOW!!!!!

Looks like we may get a couple inches here as well. It depends on how close to the coast the storm gets. But with temps forecast to rise into the mid 40's it will all be gone by mid-week.

Congratulations on the white Christmas, all you southerners! I'm glad it wasn't bad enough to make travel hazardous.

Hunkering in with family, food, and/or projects sounds pleasant!

UncleJoe and the rest of you up north...hope you all stay safe as well.

Although we have over a foot of snow on the ground, it's been over a week since we got any snowfall, and the roads are in good shape.

We even had reports of 'snow flurries' here in northern Florida! I didn't see it though. My casa sits on a ridge and tends to be warmer than other parts of the county - I kid folks that I live on Florida's mythical 'Volcanic Ridge'....... :D

The only chance I have for a White Christmas is to visit the sugar sand beaches......

It got so cold down here in South Florida that all of the girls ditched their bikinis and starting wearing one-piece swimsuits.

Hope they put on some warm footwear, flip-flops or crocs!!! :D

Ooooh, harley, here comes a song:

Oh, the weather outside is frightful!
    We miss seeing something delightful,
cause since the wind began to blow,
the girls don't let it show, let it show, let it show!

Well, we surely do miss the sight,
of bikini-clad girls left and right,
if the sun would get nice and warm,
to the beach they'd all start to swarm!
