Wow!

It's amazingly bad in some of those photos.

Is anyone in the region experiencing any problems? Snowed in?

Hehehe... yup!

Can't see more than 100 ft.... blizzard with 40-60 mph gusts...

Maine Gov. declared an Emergency... 14" so far here and 12 more to go...

Cleared the Jeep off twice of 4" of snow in the past hour!

Power down since noon, running the computer off the inverter and several deep-cycle batteries

Snuggled by the fire reading and writing by the light of an alladin kerosene lamp... bread rising in the kitchen ready to go in the woodstove oven.

Sippin' on a rum toddy ;)

Love it! :D

Wow!

At this point, I guess this is way beyond 'testing' the preps and actually doing it! Good luck and please give us feed back on what you should have more of and what you thought about...this is too valuable an experience to not record!

An 18 yo blonde :D (Sorry couldn't pass it up)

On a serious note, We needed starter fluid to get the snow blower going. I guess we could have used a little more p.m. I think it might just have been old fuel. Last year I syphoned some from my dirt bike that hasn't been run in years because I got caught w/o enough gas.
