    Terms and definitions
    • Bible - A book of texts originally written describing the beginning of the world with Adam and Eve, the flood with Noah, the beginning of Israel from Abram following Issac, the life of Jesus and the ending of the world.
    • Koran - A book of texts originally written describing the beginning of the world with Adam and Eve, the flood with Noah, the beginning of Islam from Abram following Ishmeal, and the writings of Mohammad.
    • Book of Mormon - Published in 1830 by Joseph Smith based on "golden plates" that Smith said that he received in 1827 from an angel named Moroni, whom Smith identified as a resurrected indigenous American who wrote part of the book over a millennium ago. According to Smith, this ancient Moroni buried the plates in a hill near Smith's home in Manchester, New York.

    • Christian - A follower of Jesus Christ - Middle Eastern
    • Muslim - A follower of Muhammad - Middle Eastern
    • Judaism - A follower of "the law", also known as the "Old Testament" or Tanakh or Talmud - Middle Eastern
    • Buddhist - A follower of Buddha - Eastern
    • NA Indian - A person who believes in MotherEarth in the traditional sense of the NorthAmerican Indian and the harmony they practice with nature.
    • Atheist - A person who believes that there is no invisible higher power (god) that rules our lives
    • Scientologist - A person who believes that science has all the answers to all of life's problems and that we are immortal spiritual beings who have forgotten their true nature.
    • Agnostic - A person's view that there is no proof of either the existence or nonexistence of any deity, but since any deity that may exist appears unconcerned for the universe or the welfare of its inhabitants, the question is largely academic.
    • Asatru/Heathen - Polytheist Northern European folkway religion who honor their ancestors who include the Norse gods of Odin, Thor, Heimdall, etc.

    Rules
    • We will respect all members religious views even if they do not match our own
    • Please respect each other's views and do not belittle their views.
    • Not everyone is enlightened or has had a spiritual experience. When commenting about another member's experience, please remember that your experiences are not the same as theirs. If you don't have something nice to say, please stay quiet
    • Comments such as "You are stupid for ... " will not be tolerated at all - do not call-down any other member. Doing so will find your access denied to this section very quickly, even if you think you are in the right.
    • Childish name-calling will not be allowed. Period.


    This section is more than Beans, Bullets and Bibles. As long as everyone plays nicely, it will continue. When discussing religious topics, please keep in mind, that we are not all of the same faith, and, when discussing, please keep in mind that we are all preppers. Discuss your topics with physical / mental preparations in mind. Please do not mix up politics with religious discussions and we should all be fine.

    This section is not for talking about religions, it is for talking about prepping that is affected by religion.
