Quite Quitting. Where you just do your job as required, is what government workers, do there entire careers. It is also what lots of ordinary workers do, in large corporations to. They still, all get really good at there job. You get more professional development and less bad managers and supervisors where employees have protections. As a general rule anyway.

There is a reason, large companies want that cookie cutter worker, for regular workers. Someone else, when they leave, or go on vacation, or whatever, can just step in, and do there job. Nothing special being done, by that one employee. So customers, get the exact level of SLAs, and performance, as before.

Most managers are sales people, and sales orientated, and want to (push) all the employees, the same as they do to sales people, whom get commissions from sales and from the sales people underneath them. There is no real incentive for sweat shop work levels, except for job security. Basically fear of being let go or fired is what they learn to threaten and routinely. Talk about that if nothing else around you and maybe about you to. As a general rule.

All that happens eventually, in these places is that young people are hired, and are (pushed), to show a (good work ethic) and work 60, 80 hour or longer weeks, for years, if they can, and you get payed, for a 40 hour weeks. So new people, are hired in various positions, where the previous person was burnt out, on purpose (used up and tosses away, like garbage) via veiled threats, and such, and bad mouthing, a productive employee locally, whenever possible locally, and all ways possible, eventually. Older people get this done to them if they can. Older worker are a little more experienced with this so they do not want to hire older workers. Want real pay, for there real important work to, and they know it, and these companies know it to.

Then a new person gets hired, as the other was fired, after that company blames problems, for customers, on that employee. Rinse repeat. Bad reference, and maybe fired. A horrific thing, to do to people. Especially young people and or your first real job. Happens to. No chance to have a social life or a family either. A destroyed life for other peoples commissions, and company profits.

Large companies, have learned not to do such things because, other large customers don't want excuses. They want results, and are affecting there bottom line to. These managers and company owners as such. These other corporations, have done the same things to, to there staff, and have learned to. At least in what they want from other service providers.

Lots of jobs want sales experience now. See linked-in, monster, etc.

Even news reporters are making veiled threats to the public at large. Like it's OK and normal Instead of talking about employers getting threatened with law suits, and criminal charges, and such. You can also hear all kinds of people talking about how hard they worked and this and that. Well they can go back to doing that for there millions and billions. Unless they want to keep having there life, and family life. It's all made competitive and only with one (winner) whenever possible. So all for naught for you.

In real life, in you make a manager or team leader look bad, in front of others. Explain what they are doing wrong, or could be done better, and why. As asked to by them. They want you destroyed. They will try to destroy you. Cause all the problems, they can for you. That is common. Sales types are competitive types. You don't want to work with them, but above them. You need to be there boss, and benefit and be able to get ride of them as needed. A unneeded manager type already hired. They need the incentives to. That they give to others. Some may be lying on purpose in meeting and such and want problems implemented on purpose to. They make sure you get the blame. So why bother. There is no up side for you, in real life. Just do your job and they still want someone to blame. It's your fault because you are not working hard enough while they go out drinking or whatever again. Gone at 5 again, as usual. Or 4:30.

They get to live in a house. What do you get? Fired. All kinds of paperwork saying, justifying, why you were fired to. All nice and legal. While being burn out and tossed away afterwards, like garbage to. Entire system for top to bottom have people in it to make sure it's all your fault, crazy, insane, you. Or you would be a multi-millionaire to. How about no good reference, from your formed employer only? Don't forget a side hustle so you have another reference and side income. No time, too bad for you.

How do get a education, while you work 60 to 80 hours a week, for real? Regardless of what your billed out hours officially are. Maybe all kinds of training courses you have taken to, that no other employer cares about, or certifications to. Or want both. A colledge university education and other training to. If they can all will need both just to get a interview. Just like all need a college or university education now, to have a interview for a career job. Even for many entry level jobs.Go and look on linked-in and such. 2 to 5 years of experience, for entry level jobs to in many cases and sales experience or customer experience. The same thing basically for many companies.
