Just a suggestion, take off the picture limit on posting threads, as well as expand the character limit.

We can only limit the size of the pictures hosted directly on our site. We cannot control the size of the pictures linked in from outside location (like Photobucket). We can only recommend that the picture-size does not exceed 800x600 due to limitations of dial-up or a slow sat-link.
