Is it possible to get speakers that look like megaphone style (air - raid speakers) and mount them around the outside of your house so when your alarm goes off you can hear it from miles away? Is this legal?

Sure it's legal but could be illegal if they go off in the middle of the night and cause a disturbance to your neighbor. Noise ordinance laws.
