Yes, my parents and brother live in bridge city. My mom and dads house for 9 feet of water, my brothers house got 5 - 6 feet of water.

Some random pictures of bridge city.

Wow, that is such a terrible site to see, all your belongings ruined and strung across the yard. These are not your parents and siblings houses are they??

And this mom and dads rent house they had rented out. The people that were living there had no insurance.

Difficult time for your folks, no doubt.
I'll keep them in my prayers.

I lived through it without near that much damage. I'm on the north side of houston. Out of electric for 12 days. Other than that I raked and picked up limbs at my house and the neighbors til I dropped. About 1/4 or 1/3 of the yards here lost trees.

    It was annoying for sure.

What did the Ins say about the houses?

I'll tell ya, It rains a bit to much up here in the NW, but we hardly ever see that kind of destruction up here, just a few mud slides.
I can hardly imagine coming home to that, it is quite overwhelming.
