I wanted to introduce myself as a newbie to this forum. My husband and I and our 4 kids homestead on the Oregon coast. I have a daycare in my home, and my husband just recently published a book on self-sufficiency called "Rebuilding a Village". It's about the steps to restore community (banks, markets, churches, law enforcement, etc) during a society crisis.
