Well, our homestead is currently urban and only an acre but we have lot's going on here. Greenhouse, big garden, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, pecan trees, cherry trees, on and on. We have made a little "space of love" here.

But we would like to move to a bigger more remote area! I'm sure lot's of folks here may have the same desire, so we'd like to form a group of people looking to homestead in the southeast. You interested? Drop a line to me and let's start talking!

Not sure where you are Lynne, but I recently started preparing and the family is in on it. If you are near by we can get together and talk.

Welcome! It sounds like you're off to a great start already, with all that fruit and things planted! Keep up the good work!
