I've been adding to my skill set recently and stumbled across this web site. Some good information on here.

I've got a fairly extensive background in medicine as a physician extender in the military working in austere, high threat enviornments.

I'm looking forward to learning from the folks around here, seems like a good opportunity to learn from others here.
