A friend has about a dozen US military issue Extreme Cold weather pants in sizes 26" to 30". They are brand new in the box. They come with the suspenders. These would make great pants for snow mobiling, skiing, or general outdoor wear for our friends in the colder climates. Send me a PM if your interested.

They are grey/green. I had to ask my kids about the color because I was not sure either. The picture depicts the color accurately. Maybe they are green/grey your choice. Not quite teal, not sure what you would call them. The size does pertain to the waist. They have some adjustment straps on the rear to tighten or loosen.

I thought the same about the kids or wife. We dont need them in Florida. I am sure these cost over $100.
