Catsraven's thread about Cajun Seasoning got me thinking and another seasoning that I really like is Everglades Seasoning. Its all purpose and it goes really well on chicken, pork, fish, beef, even just sprinkled on bread instead of just plain garlic.
We prefer it on fresh Trout and Red Fish that we catch here in the Gulf.
OMG I used to LOVE fishing and catching Redfish and they are SO delicious baked in the oven with butter, lemon jc and bacon. *drool* .. now what did I do with that bib?
