Daylight Saving Time is not observed in all countries, nor in all states and localities of the United States of America. In the USA where DST is observed, the time and day of change is 2:00 AM Sunday, and Daylight Saving Time:

Starts / begins on the second Sunday of March. At 2:00 AM turn clocks and watches ahead to 3:00 AM.
Ends / stops on the first Sunday of November. At 2:00 AM turn clocks and watches back to 1:00 AM.

    DST - March 13th

Don't forget to change the batteries in your smoke Alarm. ;)
