Bundys to Be Released From Prison
    by Shari Dovale

In a stunning reversal, Judge Gloria Navarro has ordered the release of Cliven and Ammon Bundy from detention during the remainder of their trial, currently underway in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ammon should be the first defendant released, possibly as soon as tonight. Cliven Bundy, the family patriarch, has refused to be released unless all of the other defendants are released along with him

Defendant Ryan Payne is also expected to be released, though it could be next week before details are worked out through the Oregon court of Judge Anna Brown. Payne has made a plea agreement in the case of the Malheur Refuge Protest.

Details are emerging as to the reasons Judge Navarro made this reversal and is allowing the defendants out of prison.

    Government Snipers in Bunkerville
The defense has been challenging the prosecutions rhetoric and claims that they did not know about how far the BLM went in their over reaching impound operation against the Bundy’s. The prosecution’s claims that there were no cameras set to surveil the Bundy Ranch home were disproven.

Prosecutors then made a series of claims that went from: there were no cameras, to no one watched the footage and it was not recorded. Every claim seemed to be easily shot down by the defense team, with the government grasping for another reason immediately on it’s heels.

The latest claims are concerning the government snipers at the standoff. Prosecutors have denied snipers were there at all, though this information came out during the previous trials.

It is not known yet whether the defendants will be placed in a halfway house, or under other restrictions, while the Judge considers a mistrial, or possibly a dismissal of the case.

This is unrelated to the original post. In all of this, I never noticed that Ryan Bundy had something wrong with his face. I wondered if this was related to any of the activity that has gone on, so I googled it. Maybe others knew this, I didn't. Ryan Bundy was run over by a car when he was 7 years old. It was his head that was run over.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-left-severe-nerve-damage-face-paralysis.html

Cliven Bundy's son Ryan tells how car ran over his head when he was seven and left him with severe nerve damage and face paralysis
    • Rancher Ryan Bundy was hit by a car when he was seven years old and the accident caused him to suffer nerve damage to the left side of the face
    • Bundy says it took doctors eight years to find out that a bone sliver had severed a nerve in his brain
    • Since having the sliver taken out he has seen a lot of improvement
    • He and his brother Ammon are currently leading an occupation of a federal building in southeastern Oregon
    • Bundy is the son of Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy, who got into a similar standoff with federal officials in 2014 over unpaid grazing rights

If anyone wants to question the Bundys this is the video to answer almost all questions about who is in the right and who is in the wrong here.
It is long so most won't take the time to watch it
Yet people will spend a lot more time asking questions or commenting on a subject they don't know anything about most of the circumstances or facts. Plus most Americasn don't know or understand much about the laws that are suppose to govern the nation. So they just parrot whatever they hear from major media or politicians.
It is not really anyones fault I guess, some are too busy working, raising familes etc.
Anyway listen to this to know more about the laws being broken and who broke them.

Weedy I really hope this news will get even better and these men who are persecuted by the people in this nation will go free.
There should have been millions of Americans protesting these illegal land grabs by the feds. Not with guns but with numbers and the Outhouse should be flushed out aka voted out, and real people put into office.
Of course there are 2 other men who will die in prison one got 28 years forgot other. They are forgotten. Accused of pointing guns at some of the federal terrorist in uniform. This is not about all LEO of course.

My kids and grandkids futures are not looking good at all. They will get the nation their great grand parents, grandparents and parents deserve fro giving it away.

The problem is that many people don't get it. They really do not understand how this is a real problem for all Americans. When I posted about it on facebook, it was my North and South Dakota people who got it the most. Some people who were from the east thought the government was in the right about going after them. See, they don't understand it at all. One family, one step, one piece, and pretty soon we will all be peasants, like my ancestors were less than 200 years ago in Europe. No rights, no property, only serving the nobility, and those who have wealth, gained on the backs of hard-working people.

This reminds me of the Holocaust and Martin Niemöller (1892–1984).
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Martin Niemoller is often quoted by many, including me.
They are bringing in the enemy fro mall over the world. Forcing all to like it or lump it.
I read here in Florida Hispanics are joining islam in larger numbers. Led by a jewish org. who is brining ilsma and homosexuals to gether to fight bigotry. Helping to get muslims elected to office.
American experiment did not work because we let it get out of hand.
I think it is somethign supernatural to have blinded and made apathetic so many millions of people so blind and complacent? Don't know.

53 Y.O. Gregory Burleson got 68 years ,he is blind, sick and of course won't get proper care.
Judge Navarro said the scars of mental stress on these feds is worse than physical when she sentenced them." Scars scab over and heal"
Several more will get likewise sentences or have already.
    Todd Engle got 30 yr.s he is 49 Y.O.
These men are no longer even spoken of.

Animal torture and profits to BLM for it.

I think the big deal of this case started when Nevada Senator Reid , who was not re-elected :), wanted to get a bunch of their land. This is something that I expect there will be a bunch more of going on. The government is going to make an example out of them.

They have already taken or run off 85 ranch families in past few decades. Bundy's were the last ones there if my news is correct anyway.
Reid and Hillary both are invovled. It is terrible these 6 will be made examples out of and the terrorist judge even admitted she was doing just that. But I think it is something in the air making peopel so uncareing and complacent.

I don't get why the Bundys are considered heroes. They sponged off the rest of us by grazing their cattle on federal land without paying any fees to do so. As if the fact that their family has done it since 1844 makes it right for them to do it forever. I could see them having the right to continue having their cattle there if they pay the fees. That should give them rights to the water as well.

"Sponging" off us? How is consistently using their rights to public land to graze cattle on grass (which is a renewable resource) hurting one darn thing? Not like they were strip mining the place and ruining the land we all have rights to. All the manure just makes the land more fertile and is no different than the herds of buffalo that used to roam it. And at the heart of the issue is the role of government. If you didnt follow the link I provided to Bundy's opening statement I would suggest doing so. I thought that was an excellent statement that did a good job of outlining some of the more philosophical issues this case has brought forth for societies consideration.

The government can't "own" any land. We, as the government, can only hold it in trust for the responsible use of the public. Charging fees for the use of public lands is just another form of taxation only there is no service provided in return for the tax. Taxation is a means to confiscation - and that is why the federal government doesn't pay property tax on property they use.

CBL, I read the Ryan Bundy article. He is a very smart man and knows his law.
We have other's who know the law too but they are missing in in-action.
Not sure why, 2 of my favorites doem to mind, Krisanne Hall and Alan keys. Both constitutional lawyers and both very smart.
Why can't they help. Krisanne helped in the beginning but she dropped out, WHY?

Keys pretty much covers it here, don't know if he [ like most ] have changed his ' ways ' or not but he is right on here.

She was probably threatened for educating the people.
The feds control the lawyers and the judges by the laws they pass because they are mandated to enforce the laws - not the constitution. We, the People, are the ultimate arbitrators of the constitution. Study it!

I know it seems un-usual for me to put up 2 minorities because I can't stand fems and I have a problem with most blacks not speaking out or the whole truth about our history.

IMO these two are not in either catagory. They are ' unless they have changed' great Americans with character.
