Calif. oddity's future is at stake in court battle | The Town Talk | thetowntalk.com

here is a story that took years before the county set it foot down. now this guy must tear down his house because it was built without plans the city could keep and he did not ask permission.
I can see the need to inspect a house.A buyer needs protection from dangerous and costly mistakes.
But I aslo see in some cases just another way to control us and our private property.
They are after private property, period! The only people they want to own propertyy is themselves, the rest of us need masters to rule over us.
Liberty and freedom lasted as long as its protectors.

Inspections and permits are meant to protect people. But this guy's house has been standing for at least 12 years without any problems. Why can't Acton just inspect it now, and approve it?

Obviously, he built it well, since it's still standing.
