    I have been reading about pressure canning, but have never actually done any. I'm getting ready to go out and buy a canner, but I am not totally sure what to buy. Specifically, I see ads for canners with capacities from 8 quarts to 23 quarts. I don't expect I'll ever be doing large quantities...
