What did I do wrong?
I sliced up a good amount of ginger, packed it in sugar, dehydrated right at 12 hours.
Although the smaller pieces are hard I have plans for them, but the larger pieces are almost unbearably hot.
Did I need to do some sort of pre-treatment?
I guess what I'm looking...
