I wanted to try an alternative to chicken eggs. Ended up buying some duck eggs from a farmer. After work I decided to bake a cake using them. Cracked one open... very tiny but noticeable embryo inside.
After hours in the fridge I'm sure their all...
I am interested in raising and keeping a few chickens in my back yard. I have a family of 4 so I think 2-3 chickens will do nicely. Does anyone here have experience in this? How about the smell? Would it be bad or with that few chickens would it be ok?
Does anyone know of a sealer spray or was for eggs that keep them longer and fresh?
You don't have to refrigerate them.
I read about it about a year ago and I told my daughter about it and forgot about it. Now she is asking me about it again and I don't remember where I read about it.
