Sorry to hear about the leg! Hope you heal fast and feel better soon!
I am not as laid up as you but twisted my knee a few days ago and it aggravated an old ligament injury--and of course trying to get thru the 2 to 4 foot drifts to get to the chickens Wed. I fell and twisted it a bit tighter! if you get my drift... So no foot races in life for awhile either! I am just glad not to have to have a cast or anything! Just stay off it.

We used to go to the cheese place on the way home each year! Just loved the smell in there!

Sailaway, can ya do me a favor and go to Cedar point for me and ride the roller coasters? I haven't been in a while and miss it something fierce! Also drive on over to Port Clinton and go to the big cheese house that is there! Can't remember the name but they had great cheese!:D I can't believe that it has been 7 years since we went last! The year of the big power outage We had just gotten off the sky lift and the whole park got quiet, creepiest thing I ever witnessed!:eek: funny tho we had just came from Niagara falls and took the big tours over the dams there and they were boasting about how there had not been an outage since 1962!:D

Wow that's nuts. I tip my hat to you for taking that on. I work with a commissioner from a small little bitty town and I see how much time he spends with it so I sort of know where you're at with the phone calls and stuff. Crazy gig, but it puts you in a place to make real change, which is really cool.

How's the city council gig working out for you? Belated Congrats on getting elected. :)
