Makes me curious about what criteria they base their decisions on.
It doesn't make any difference to which country or on what continet you live. Natural disasters occur year round.
Climate change is slow acting and hasn't posed much of a threat yet.
It is hard to watch the news without hearing of a natural disaster ssomewhere in the world.

Climate change is a natural disaster in many people's minds. It is funny that "Global Warming" has been re-named "Climate Change". With the "Climate Change" we will get more tornado's, hurricane's, hail-storms (had our first hail-storm of the year on Saturday), insane snow-falls, earth-quakes .. it is all part of nature.
I still believe that we cannot control nature - nature controls us. Humans are just too stupid to realize that there is nothing we can do except to change with what nature makes us do.

Ready or not, trouble comes. Being prepared for it and having the right attitude to deal with the issues is what makes us prepared. Having stuff is just a bonus!

The problem with society today is that the people who deserve the beating are not given the beating they deserve.
