sap double boil
You put the pine sap in a pan. you put that pan of sap into a larger pan that's full of water. now heat the pan of water. that will heat the pan of sap. the sap will soften and become a liquid. just soak a cotton shirt or cotton balls or whatever in the sap.
Pine burns fast and hot. so does the sap. be careful of dripping sap if using for torchlight.
