Another excellent resource on Influenza is CDC - Influenza (Flu).
The Center for Disease Control, CDC and Food and Drug Administration are good informatioin sites. Visit them for weallth of information. You will spend some time surfing these site but the time and effort is worth it.
U S Food and Drug Administration Home Page and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
The fda site has lots of information on dealing with food before, during and after a disater. There is also information on storing foods, shelf life, canning food sanitation and safe handling procedures.

I'm sucker for those sites. I spent most if yesterday reading and adding new PDFs for my DVD. Thank you very much for the info.
