It'll be just me.
A rack of ribs, and some mashed taters on the side.

Turkey, pumpkin pie, all the good stuff.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you at PS!

Bigdog57, I'm on my own too. I eat a lot of turkey so I decided on a pot roast, in my new dutch oven. I'll add celery, taters, onions and stuff. It'll start cooking after the bread is baked.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone,
Moose

all of the women in my family informally compete during the 'Holiday Season' and stress out over it... if I had my way we'd be going to the Chinese Buffet ($4/person AYCE and afterwards you DON'T have to do dishes/cleanup! )

I think for the main entree, we are going to have a mixture of Cow, cock and onion, with a dessert of bologna and whipped cream.
