Every word in the Hawaiian language has a vowel after every constant.
So every word ends with a vowel.

Did you know that Smokey The Bear got his Name from a Fire Fighter Named "Smokey" Joe Martin. The Name first given Smokey Bear was "Hot Foot Teddy"

That's cool, I did not know that. Here is a pic of a ranger with Hot Foot Teddy.

The Hawaiian language only has 17 characters and only 7 are consonants (H, K, L, M, N, P & W). The other 10 are vowels with different pronunciations.

The State fish of Hawaii is the Humuhumunukunukuapua'a (This is one of my daughter's favorite words).

In general, you pronounce every letter in the word. There aren't silent letters.

The Antikythera Mechanism. It’s essentially an analog computer dating back 2,000 years ago that was used to display astronomical cycles. Nothing as complex, or even close to as complex, was developed for over 1,000 years.

Aug. 5, 1861, in order to finance the Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln signed the Revenue Act, imposing the first federal income tax in U.S. history....Individuals earning between $800 and $10,000 a year paid taxes at the rate of 3 percent.

In 1866, federal internal revenue collections reached their highest point in the nation’s 90-year history — more than $310 million, an amount not reached again until 1911.

In 1895, however, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled the income tax to be unconstitutional. In 1909, Congress proposed the 16th Amendment, which set in place today’s federal income-tax system. It was ratified in 1913.

True they are pseudocarps.

Strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries are not berries, but aggregate stone fruits or just aggregate fruits. The flowers which develop these fruits have numerous pistils from which each little fruit develops. Some aggregate fruits like the blackberry or strawberry are also considered accessory fruits, or aggregate-accessory fruits. This is because they contain a significant proportion of flesh that is developed from non-ovarian tissue. These are sometimes called pseudocarps.

As a matter of fact what it does have is more like a fire retardant. It keeps the gas from igniting under pressure of a high compression engine, like diesel does.

If your vehicle calls for 87, and you're putting in 91, you're just wasting money.
You are talking about engine knock or pinging. Higher the compression engine higher the octane. But an 87 octane engine can see fuel mileage improvement and power improvement juat but simply adjusting the timing. Still most likely wasting money though.
