Default February Weather

What a nasty day this going to be, snow, sleet and freezing rain. Happy Groundhog day I think I will sit by the fire with a good book.

Right now it's 36°F and no precipitation. It was actually pretty sunny today.

Ended up with about 2" over night, but look out, it looks like a major dump is coming this weekend.

Heavy wet snow - about 4 inches ... so far. Trees and power lines are covered (never good). The scanner is going nuts cars over the hill, in the ditch and so on.

NOAA radio still calling for it change over to freezing rain for a few hours then back to more snow.
